Let us set the scene for you. It’s February 14. You’re sitting in a cozy booth, staring lovingly into your significant other’s eyes from across the table. A light snow begins to fall outside, the flakes sticking to the pavement, creating a dazzling wintery scene. It’s a brisk 25 degrees but you’re toasty warm as you enjoy a specialty martini while your partner sips on a glass of house Cabernet.

Your waiter promptly brings your appetizers over. The first plate to hit the table is an order of the sticky ribs: slow cooked, tender beef morsels topped with a sweet and savory Thai sauce. The aroma wafting from the sticky ribs is heavenly and you can barely wait to dig into them. The waiter then gently puts down your second appetizer, the mac and cheese. Steam is rising from the perfectly toasted black truffle crumb topping. You simply cannot wait to crack through it and into the five cheese blend of macaroni that awaits below it.

After devouring your appetizers, your entrees and another round of drinks have arrived. You decided on the Inferno Burger - chipotle spiked beef, cajun bacon, pepper jack cheese, mango habanero ketchup, lettuce, tomato - although you were highly considering the Fried Chicken Sandwich, Ahi Tuna Burger or the French Dip. Your partner opted for the Surf and Turf on special that night which consists of a perfectly cooked Delmonico steak accompanied by jumbo garlic and herb shrimp. Both entrees are succulent and perfectly prepared.

Fullness is setting in but the temptation of homemade dessert calls you to continue your culinary odyssey. You’re tempted by Apple Strudel but ultimately decide to split the Homemade Chocolate Chip Cookie Ice Cream Sandwich. The cookie is soft, the ice cream cold and scrumptious and your sweet tooth satiated.

You and your partner finish your beverages, pay your bill and stroll out into the the snow. You’re ready to head home to snuggle up by the fire and watch your favorite movies.

You’re probably wondering where you were? Burger Mondays of course. The most romantic and delicious place you can visit this Valentine’s Day.
